The Problem
The music industry leaves artists fighting over ownership of their music royalties. Roialty Hub allows artists to have more control over their work. They can crowdfund through the app and in exchange “rent” a percentage of their song royalties to fans. This will be a new form of investing and will revolutionize the industry for the better!
How might we create an inclusive and accessible platform that enables people to easily invest in music royalties?
My Work
So far, I’ve focused on creating the initial prototype and iterate upon it. We’ve created two versions, a mobile artist flow and a mobile fan flow to highlight two different user experiences. I’ve focused on refining microcopy throughout the app and defining the brand. I helped create a style guide for the brand and work with the CEO to bring his vision to life. We are currently in the process of testing the initial designs before handing it off to engineers for the beta.
Designed and wrote all copy for the onboarding flow, focusing on informing users about the app features.
